New Student Registration

➜Supporting documentation can be provided via the following methods:

Option 1: Scan your documents, and upload them to Aeries when prompted when enrolling your student. Click here for instructions on how to scan your documents with your smartphone.

Option 2: Students out of YCUSD boundaries must come to district office, located at 425 Plumas Blvd. Suite 200, Yuba City, CA 95991 for transfer approval and to fill out registration documents.

➜How to register your new Transitional Kindergarten Student

TK (students turning age 5 between 9/2 and 2/2) is intended to be the first year of a two-year Kindergarten program for those children close to the cut-off age for Kindergarten entry.

(The TK Program is being expanded. Please click here to see the age eligibility for each school year.)

Please enroll your student at their home school/school of boundary (even if the school does not have TK) using the link above.

Once all enrollments have been processed, the school or district will inform you where the child will be attending.

(There is no guarantee of placement at your school of boundary; all placements are made based on space and need.)

After you have completed the online registration, you will need to provide the following documents to the school of registration through the methods mentioned above.

Proof of Online Registration
Proof of Child's Age
Immunization Record

(2) Proof of Residency
Oral Health Assessment, or Waiver
Physical Examination*

*California Law requires that all children have a physical before entering first grade. The exam can be done anytime 18 months before or 90 days after entry into first grade. A completed first-grade physical form must be on file at the school.
