Welcome! Here you will find important information regarding Yuba City Unified School District Special Needs Busing. We are dedicated to providing safe and efficient transportation to students within Yuba City Unified School District and its surrounding districts.
Our bus drivers are specially trained to give students the best service available.
State law requires each driver to have a valid School Bus Driver Certificate, pass a physical examination, and obtain traffic and criminal clearance. In addition, the YCUSD Transportation Department requires all bus drivers to attend regularly scheduled safety meetings, and to attend in-service training sessions to improve their skills with special education students.
