DMV Pull Notice Program for Private and District Vehicles

Instructions for DMV Pull Notice Program for Private and District Vehicles

Instructions for DMV Pull Notice Program for Private and District Vehicles

District policy requires that anyone transporting students to and/or from an activity or event to enroll in the DMV Pull Notice Program. Eligible applicants must not have "2" or more points on their l0 yr DMV driving record (H-6 form). This process will need to be completed on a yearly basis by all parents volunteers and temporary year-to-year coaches. Check here to purchase your 10 year driving record (H-6 form) online.

All paperwork must be on file at the YCUSD Transportation Dept. at least 14 days prior to driving to and/or from activity or event.  District vehicles are only to be driven by Full Time District employees (contracted for 2 hours or more) and authorized coaches.  All drivers must be enrolled/cleared in the above District Pull Notice Program.

Note - Contracted district employees who are hired and work 2hrs or more per day and do not experience a break in service will only need to enroll in the pull notice program once.
