The YCUSD Governing Board, effective March 14, 2022, is providing community access to the fields located at the following locations; Andros Karperos, April Lane, Barry, Bridge, Butte Vista, Gray Avenue, King Avenue, Lincoln, Lincrest, Park Avenue, Riverbend, Tierra Buena, River Valley High School and Yuba City High School. 

 

These locations are open to community access during non-school hours:
 
                                Weekdays 6:30 p.m. - dusk
                                Weekends/Holidays 8:00 a.m. - dusk
 
Priority for facility usage is in the following order; YCUSD school activities, Yuba City Parks and Recreation activities, reservations, and then open to community use.
 
We want you to have a fun and safe time.  Be courteous and respectful to others, and please keep the facilities clean.  Use of District facilities is at your own risk.  The District is not responsible for injury, damages, lost or stolen items occurring on the property.
 
For the enjoyment of all visitors, please obey the following regulations:
 
Prohibited items include: alcohol, narcotics/drugs, tobacco/vaping, weapons (including knives), fireworks/explosives, glass, drones, pets (except service animals), skateboards/bikes, noise makers, and gum/sticky drinks/seeds.
 
Destruction of school property will not be tolerated.  Disorderly conduct, unlawful or dangerous activities are prohibited.
 
Yuba City Unified School District welcomes community use of our facilities.  Reservations can be made through the Facilities Use Permits System online by clicking here.  Applicants must also contact an administrator at the requested site.  If you have questions, please contact Becki Witzke at (530)822-7679.

Applicants must be filed with the District at least four weeks prior to the requested event and paid in full within 14 days prior to the requested event.  For additional guidelines and restrictions, please refer to the Facilities Use Handbook.
 
Before submitting the permit request, please read the new requirements for the Evidence of Liability Insurance on the request page.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO DISTRICT EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOUND SYSTEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE YOU MUST SUPPLY THESE ITEMS ON YOUR OWN FOR YOUR EVENT.  
 

All wood floor gymnasiums are primarily used for sporting events.  No chairs, tables, food or drinks, or large equipment are allowed on these floors. Facility use requests for these venues will be scrutinized based on the type of event requested.
