District policy requires that anyone transporting students to and/or from an activity or event to enroll in the DMV Pull Notice Program. Eligible applicants must not have "2" or more points on their l0 yr DMV driving record (H-6 form). This process will need to be completed on a yearly basis by all parents’ volunteers and temporary year-to-year coaches. Check here to purchase your 10 year driving record (H-6 form) online.

All paperwork must be on file at the YCUSD Transportation Dept. at least 5 working days prior to driving to and/or from activity or event.  District vehicles are only to be driven by Full Time District employees (contracted for 2 hours or more) and authorized coaches.  All drivers must be enrolled/cleared in the above District Pull Notice Program.

Note - Contracted district employees who are hired and work 2hrs or more per day and do not experience a break in service will only need to enroll in the pull notice program once.
