Office 365 includes Exchange Online. You can also use Office 365 to share and collaborate with people inside and outside your organization on documents you store in OneDrive.

Once your mailbox has been migrated, the 'old' For Staff - Email Login link will no longer be where you access your email.  The For Staff - Office 365  link is.

If you do click the old link and login, you should see a message like:

This is good!  Your email now lives 'in the cloud'.  You have a much larger mailbox and easy access to the Office suite, online or off.

Clicking that link, or the one under For Staff - Office 365 will bring you to Microsoft's login page for Office 365:

When you hit 'Enter' or 'Tab' after typing in your email address (@YCUSD.org), you will be redirected.  You will either be logged in automatically (because you signed in on your computer) or you will see a prompt like:

Which will bring you to your Office 365 home page.  

Among other things, your email can be accessed using the 'Mail' App in Office 365, either with the big blue button on the home page

You will have to select (UTC-8:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) here your first time:

Welcome to your new mailbox!  

The + New button will let you compose a new message, while the Reply, Reply All and Forward buttons are in the top right under your profile button.

The best option for setting up your mobile device will be to use your @ycusd.org address and password when (re)configuring your mobile device.  

If given the option, the account should be set up as 'Exchange' or 'Active Sync'.
