THIS NOTICE is to any individual or firm wishing to be added to the Yuba City Unified School District’s (“District”) list of qualified bidders (“List”) for the 2016 calendar year pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Interested individuals/firms must submit the CUPCCAA contractor/vendor application (“Application Form”).

To be considered for placement on the List, the District must receive the completed Application Form no later than December 31, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. Please note YCUSD will be closed December 23rd -25th and December 30th- January 1, 2016.

Application Forms are available on the District website (CLICK HERE) or at the District Office at 750 Palora Avenue, Yuba City, CA 95991 during regular business hours.

Please be advised that submission of an Application Form does not guarantee placement on the List or that the applicant will be informed of, or included in, all requests for proposals (“RFP”), requests for qualifications (“RFQ”), or bid requests.  The District will either issue notices of RFQ, RFP, or bid requests to qualified bidders on the List based on the category of work being bid, or announce project opportunities in designated trade journals, or both.

The District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all requests solicited, to waive minor irregularities, and to make such decisions as deemed necessary in the best interest of the District in accordance with the law. 

Interested individuals and firms are encouraged to inquire about current District project opportunities by checking the local newspaper, trade journals, and District website for publicly advertised RFPs, RFQs, or bid solicitations.
